Serious Side Effects of Entrectinib
If you experience any of the following side effects while taking Entrectinib, consult your doctor immediately:
1. More Common Side Effects
Blurred vision; burning, crawling, itching, numbness, prickling, or "pins and needles" sensation; changes in color vision; clay-colored stools; confusion; dark urine; decreased appetite; deficits in intellect, short-term memory, learning ability, and attention; difficulty with night vision; dizziness; fever; headache; increased sensitivity of eyes to sunlight; itching or rash; joint pain, stiffness, or swelling; loss of appetite; pain in the lower back, side, or stomach; nausea and vomiting; problems with balance; somnolence or unusual drowsiness; stomach pain or tenderness; swelling of the feet or lower legs; insomnia; unusual tiredness or weakness; yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice).
2. Less Common Side Effects
Chest pain or tightness; decreased urine output; distended neck veins; double vision; extreme fatigue; fainting; irregular breathing; recurrent irregular heartbeat; memory loss; memory problems; difficulty with speech or talking; seeing double; visual, auditory, or tactile hallucinations; swelling of the face, fingers, feet, or lower legs; trouble recalling; difficulty breathing; weight gain.
Other Side Effects of Entrectinib
The following side effects of Entrectinib usually do not require medical intervention. If they persist, become bothersome, or if you have questions, please consult your doctor promptly:
Change or loss of taste; diarrhea; difficulty with bowel movements (constipation).
