Update: 24 Mar,2026 Source: Bigbear Views: 106

Certain medications should not be used together, as this can compromise safety. Some drugs can alter the blood concentrations of entrectinib, which may intensify side effects or reduce the efficacy of the medication.

Entrectinib may cause a severe cardiac condition. Your risk is elevated if you are also taking other medications for infections, asthma, heart disease, hypertension, depression, psychiatric disorders, cancer, malaria, or HIV.

A wide range of drugs can interact with entrectinib, including prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements. This list does not include all possible drug interactions. Inform your healthcare provider of all medications you are currently taking.
