Entrectinib usage and dosage are age‑related. The recommended adult dose is 600 mg once daily. For children, the dose is based on body surface area; please consult a physician for specific advice.

Entrectinib Adult Dosage

1. Non‑Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

(1) Indication

For adult patients with metastatic NSCLC whose tumors are ROS1‑positive.

(2) Recommended Dose

600 mg orally once daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

2. Solid Tumors

(1) Indication

For adult patients with solid tumors that meet all of the following criteria: presence of a neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusion without a known acquired resistance mutation; tumor is metastatic or surgical resection is likely to result in severe morbidity; and progression after prior treatment or no satisfactory alternative therapy.

(2) Recommended Dose

600 mg orally once daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

Entrectinib Pediatric Dosage

Solid Tumors (Aged 12 Years and Older)

(1) Indication

For pediatric patients aged 12 years and older with solid tumors that meet all of the following criteria: presence of an NTRK gene fusion without a known acquired resistance mutation; tumor is metastatic or surgical resection is likely to result in severe morbidity; and progression after prior treatment or no satisfactory alternative therapy.

(2) Recommended Dose

Dosed according to body surface area (BSA):

BSA > 1.5 m²: 600 mg orally once daily.

BSA 1.11 to 1.5 m²: 500 mg orally once daily.

BSA 0.91 to 1.1 m²: 400 mg orally once daily.

(3) Duration of Treatment

Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
