(1) Anxiety, blurred vision, burning sensation during urination, chills, cold sweats, confusion, decreased urine output, dehydration, difficulty or pain during urination, jugular vein dilation, dizziness, fainting, or lightheadedness when suddenly standing up from a lying or sitting position;
(2) Extreme fatigue or weakness, general malaise or illness, headache, irregular breathing, joint pain, large flat blue or purple patches on the skin, loss of appetite, muscle pain, nausea, noisy breathing;
(3) Pale skin, redness of the face, neck, and arms, occasionally redness of the upper chest, severe pain or pressure in the chest, jaw, neck, back, or arms, sudden severe headache or weakness, swollen, painful, or tender lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, or groin;
(4) Insomnia, difficulty breathing during exercise, abnormal bleeding or bruising, unusual fatigue or weakness, vomiting, bloody or coffee-ground-like vomit, weight gain. 3. Rare Side Effects of Anagrelide
Clay-colored stools, dark urine, loss of appetite, dry cough, general fatigue or weakness, shortness of breath, skin rash or itching, stomach pain or tenderness, yellow eyes or skin.
