What to Do If a Dose of Selumetinib Is Missed

If a dose is missed, it can only be made up if more than 6 hours remain before the next scheduled dose. If less than 6 hours remain until the next dose, do not make up the missed dose and do not increase the subsequent dose; simply continue with the regular dosing schedule as planned.
