How effective is Lumakras, and what is its survival rate?

In one clinical trial of Lumakras, 45 out of 124 patients (36%) experienced either complete disappearance or a reduction of at least 30% in the size of their non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tumors. The median duration of response was 10 months. In a separate lung cancer study, the 12‑month progression‑free survival rate was 24.8% with Lumakras, compared with 10.1% with the chemotherapy drug docetaxel.
