Common Side Effects of Sotorasib
The most common side effects of Sotorasib include diarrhea, musculoskeletal pain, nausea, fatigue, hepatotoxicity, and cough; the most common laboratory abnormalities with Sotorasib include lymphopenia, decreased hemoglobin, elevated AST, elevated ALT, decreased blood calcium, elevated alkaline phosphatase, increased urine protein, and decreased blood sodium.
Serious adverse reactions to Sotorasib: serious adverse reactions occurred in 50% of patients, including pneumonitis, hepatotoxicity, and diarrhea; the most common Grade 3 or higher serious adverse reactions were elevated ALT, elevated AST, and diarrhea.
Fatal adverse reactions to Sotorasib: included respiratory failure, pneumonitis, cardiac arrest, heart failure, gastric ulcer, and pneumonia.
