Enasidenib adult dosage is usually 100 mg once daily, and should be continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs. For specific dosage of Enasidenib, please follow your doctor's instructions.

Indications for Enasidenib

For the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have an isocitrate dehydrogenase-2 (IDH2) mutation detected in blood or bone marrow by an FDA-approved test.

Enasidenib Dosing Guide

1. Recommended Dosage

Oral, 100 mg once daily, with or without food.

2. Duration of Treatment

(1) Should be continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

(2) For patients without disease progression or unacceptable toxicity, treatment should be given for at least 6 months to allow sufficient time for clinical response observation.

Enasidenib Use in Special Populations

1. Renal Impairment

3. Pediatric Use

Safety and efficacy have not been established in patients under 18 years of age.
