Indications for Enasidenib
For the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have an isocitrate dehydrogenase-2 (IDH2) mutation detected in blood or bone marrow by an FDA-approved test.

1. Recommended Dosage
Oral, 100 mg once daily, with or without food.
2. Duration of Treatment
(1) Should be continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
(2) For patients without disease progression or unacceptable toxicity, treatment should be given for at least 6 months to allow sufficient time for clinical response observation.
