Dosing Guidelines for Alpelisib
Patient Selection
Alpelisib is indicated for patients with hormone receptor‑positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2‑negative (HER2‑) advanced or metastatic breast cancer, selected based on the presence of one or more PIK3CA mutations in tumor tissue or plasma specimens.
