Including antifungals (itraconazole, ketoconazole, etc.), antivirals (ritonavir, etc.), and some antibiotics (clarithromycin, etc.).These agents can increase olaparib plasma concentrations by 121%–170%.If co‑administration is unavoidable, reduce the olaparib dose to 200 mg daily. Avoid grapefruit, sour oranges, and their products.
