For the treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who are positive for anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) or ROS1 as confirmed by an FDA-approved assay.
ALK-positive systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL):
For the treatment of relapsed or refractory systemic ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma in children and young adults aged 1 year and older. Limitations: Its safety and efficacy in elderly patients with relapsed or refractory systemic ALK-positive ALCL have not been established.
ALK-positive inflammatory myofibroblastoma (IMT):
