What should be done if an overdose of lenalidomide occurs

Update: 18 Mar,2026 Source: Haiou Health Views: 0

Currently, there is no established treatment plan for an overdose of this medication. According to early studies: When healthy individuals took a single dose of 400 mg or 200 mg daily for two consecutive days, possible side effects included skin itching, rash, and abnormal liver function.

The most severe reaction to an overdose is a sharp decrease in white blood cells and platelets (these two types of cells are crucial for immunity and blood clotting). If an overdose is taken by mistake, please go to the hospital immediately for treatment.
