Risk of hemorrhage. Advise patients to promptly contact a healthcare professional and seek urgent medical care if they experience any signs or symptoms of unusual bleeding, including but not limited to headache, dizziness, weakness, blood in the stool, hemoptysis (coughing up blood), or hematemesis (vomiting blood).
