The maximum recommended daily dose of this drug is 75 mg. Taking more than 75 mg per day, or exceeding the daily dose recommended by a physician based on the patient’s individual condition, constitutes an overdose.
Overdose may cause skin discoloration, including pigmentation and jaundice, which are generally reversible and resolve after discontinuation. In addition, overdose may lead to thrombosis, which can be life-threatening.
In the event of an overdose, seek medical attention immediately, and a physician will provide symptomatic treatment based on the patient’s actual condition.
